All my works are designed, painted, hand embroidered and beaded by me, so each work is one of a kind and a one-off original. If you are interested in a custom artwork or a non-identical version of something you have seen previously please shoot me an email at lizpayne@hotmail.com.au. Please note however, that pieces can not be directly replicated, and no two pieces are ever exactly the same! 

PAYMENT

All payments are processed through PayPal and all prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD$). For conversion rates for your country currency check out www.xe.com. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can still checkout using your credit or debit card through PayPal’s website. You will be redirected to the PayPal site to log in and then redirected back to your shopping cart for shipping estimates.

 

SHIPPING

All artworks and wearable items are carefully packaged and shipped to you from my studio in Sydney, Australia as soon as possible (usually within 3 days), unless otherwise stated. Orders are shipped via Australia Post and always include tracking. Items that are sent Express Post within Australia comes with tracking provided and expected within the next business day from shipping which can be organised. International orders are sent with tracking through Australia Post with estimated delivery for within one week. I am happy to organise express shipping, with added extras like signature on delivery if you would prefer - just let me know once you check out by emailing lizpayne@hotmail.com.auFor larger artworks or those to fragile/big/expensive etc to send, or if you would just prefer it, a specialised courier is arranged for freight to ensure your new artwork arrives safely and promptly to your door! Shipping for these orders will be calculated AFTER purchasing at checkout in order to get an accurate estimate to your location. The additional shipping fee can be settled by direct deposit upon organising. Upon checkout, select the "$50 Shipping Deposit" option, and this will be deducted from the total shipping costs. By doing this, you agree to these terms. If you would like a shipping estimate BEFORE purchasing, please email direct for a quote.  All fees, duties and international taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Please note once orders are shipped I can not be held liable if there is an delay in your artwork being delivered, or for loss or damage. If there does happen to be a delay of your artwork being delivered, please rest assured it might still be being processed through customs. You may have to pay an additional fee or duty tax to receive your item. If for any reason you are concerned with shipping or would like to discuss other options, please contact me and I am happy to organise something directly with you.

 

RETURNS

In the event you are unhappy with your item, please let me know within 7 days of receiving your purchase. I can not exchange jewellery. Please make sure you read the product descriptions and shipping information before purchasing. In the (I hope!!!) unlikely event you are unhappy with your purchase please let me know  with photographs and a description of what is wrong within 7 days of recieving your purchase. Please keep in mind I can not be held responsible for any loss or damages whilst an item is in transit. Items are carefully bubble wrapped and packaged to ensure the safety and promptness of its arrival to you x
